Only persons aged 21 years or older may register and use the kis888 platform. Age and identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before real-money access is granted. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Each player may hold only one registered account at kis888. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited. Players are fully responsible for all activity occurring under their registered account credentials.
All promotional bonuses offered by kis888 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game eligibility conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited. kis888 reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts and withhold funds pending investigation.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The name on your kis888 account must match the name on your registered withdrawal method. Withdrawal requests are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to verified local payment accounts.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. kis888 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing, browsing, or using the kis888 Platform in any manner, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions, understood them, and agreed to be bound by them.
2.2 Your use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
2.3 These Terms, together with the kis888 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kis888 in relation to your use of the Platform.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and access the Services on the kis888 Platform. It is an absolute condition of access that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling activities.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. kis888 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
3.3 One Account Rule. Each Player may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
3.4 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform; (c) persons acting in a professional capacity as an employee, agent, or contractor of kis888; (d) persons attempting to exploit technical errors or bonuses in a systematic or abusive manner.
4.1 To access real-money Services on the kis888 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
4.2 KYC Verification. kis888 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing deposits, withdrawals, or access to the full Services. You must provide a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and any additional supporting documentation requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions.
4.3 You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. kis888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.5 You must notify kis888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
5.1 Deposits to your kis888 Account must be made using approved payment methods listed on the Platform, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per account, as displayed at the point of deposit.
5.3 kis888 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in the same name as the kis888 Account holder. Third-party deposits will be returned to the source and the Account may be suspended.
5.4 Failed Deposits. If a deposit transaction fails, no funds will be deducted from your payment method beyond the amount returned by the payment processor. Contact kis888 support with your transaction reference if a deposit is not credited within the expected processing time.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification and who have met all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds in their Account.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to kis888's operational discretion. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction.
6.3 kis888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount. During such checks, the withdrawal may be held pending verification. Typical processing times for e-wallet withdrawals are 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
6.4 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. kis888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee of MYR 50 per month following a minimum of 30 days' written notice to the registered email address on the Account.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the kis888 Platform are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of offer. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limitations are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full using Real Money Funds or Bonus Funds as specified — not through voided, cancelled, or reversed wagers.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. kis888 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel withdrawals, and suspend Accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged wagers solely to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
7.4 Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
8.1 All bets placed on the kis888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game type, sport, or market. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing wagers.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the point of wagering.
8.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure affecting a game or market, kis888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — any payouts resulting from a manifest technical error are not valid and will be withheld.
8.4 Sportsbook Specific Rules. For sportsbook wagers, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the applicable result is determined, wagers will be settled in accordance with kis888's sports betting rules, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake, depending on the specific market and the extent of event completion.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kis888 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, and materials displayed on or accessible through the kis888 Platform are the property of kis888 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from kis888.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kis888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses.
11.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While kis888 endeavours to ensure continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
11.3 kis888's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the Player's Wallet Balance at the time of the relevant incident.
12.1 kis888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time without prior notice if: (a) we have reason to believe the Player has breached these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (c) fraudulent activity is suspected on or through the Account; or (d) we have reason to believe the Player's identity or age does not meet the eligibility requirements.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause (breach of Terms), any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety.
12.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting kis888 support. Remaining Real Money Funds (excluding any unsatisfied Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal verification requirements.
13.1 kis888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options to assist Players in managing their gambling activity. These tools are accessible through Account Settings.
13.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may apply for a self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days) through Account Settings or by contacting kis888 support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration selected.

13.4 21+ Strictly Enforced. kis888 employs KYC identity verification to prevent underage access. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and all balances forfeited.
14.1 The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the kis888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 kis888 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the kis888 Platform, you should first contact kis888 support to seek informal resolution.
15.2 Dispute Procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may submit a formal complaint to kis888 in writing to [email protected]. kis888 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 30 days. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may seek independent dispute resolution through a competent authority in your jurisdiction.
16.1 kis888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a notice posted on the Platform.
16.2 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any eligible Real Money balance.
